Public notices

Restrictions are starting to ease, but you must still remember: Hands. Face. Space. Fresh air. Check the current rules.

The following applications relating to licensing can be found on this page:

  • applications for new premises licences
  • changes ('variations') to existing premises licences
  • requests for reviews of premises licences
  • applications for marriage and civil partnership licences for premises

Each notice (PDF) has information about how to make a comment on the application. Comments on an application are known as 'representations', and can either be in support of, or against, the application.

Premises licence applications

Businesses which apply for a new premises licence, or a significant change to a premises licence they already have, must go through a public consultation before we grant their request.
