Season tickets can be used in council long stay car parks. They're valid 7 days a week. Season tickets are not valid on short stay, limited stay, private car parks, or on-street pay and display areas.
Season tickets can be used in the Captain Cook Square multi storey car park on Long Stay Levels 4, 4a, 5, and 6 (excluding the permit bays marked 'private parking' on level 4a). Season tickets can also be used in Short Stay Level 3. Levels 0, 1, and 2 are short stay pay and display parking only. Season ticket holders are not allowed to park on these levels.

How to buy a season ticket
Please buy your season ticket at least 5 working days before you'd like it to start. It will be sent to you by post. You will not be able to collect it in person.

Order and pay for your season ticket with a debit/credit card using the online form.
Phone
Order and pay for your season ticket by phone with a debit/credit card by calling Parking Services on 01642 726003. You can call between 8:30am and 5pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8:30am and 4:30pm on Friday.
